BB Centrum to become a cyclist’s paradise thanks to bikero

A new retail tenant in Budova B - ibikero.cz.

BB Centrum will be welcoming a new retail tenant in the spring: bikero.cz. Number one on the domestic market with cycling and sporting goods, it will be leasing retail spaces with an area of 274 m2 facing busy Vyskočilova Street on the ground floor of the newly-reconstructed office Building B. The attractive location by the main road in the heart of BB Centrum and also in the catchment area in the vicinity of important traffic arteries was one of the decisive criteria when selecting the locality for the new unit. The owner of the building is the development company Passerinvest Group.

 

Since its introduction to the market in 2015, the company bikero.cz, founded by a group of sporting enthusiasts, has developed into the leading brand for the sale of bikes and sporting goods in the Czech Republic. It offers quality cycling and skiing equipment, advanced technologies and premium service for a perfect sports experience. Building B has 8 storeys with a total of 15,600 m2 of office space and 1240 m2 of retail space. Following the extensive reconstruction completed last June, it ranks among category A office buildings. It offers an atrium with water features, greenery and benches connected to a new public space, náměstí Ellen G. Whiteové. The last two retail units remain to be leased in Building B, one with an area of 92 m2 also situated on Vyskočilova Street and another with an area of 240 m2 with the entrance from Želetavská Street.
