  • Passerinvest Group, a.s. has been awarded for  "Management Excellence Award " within Czech Top 100 companies for 2019

  • The 3rd place in the Best Company Content Distribution category and the 1st place in the Best in Real Estate category in the Fénix Content Marketing Awards 2020 for the multimedia showroom BB Centroom, developed by Passerinvest Group
  • The crystal award for the 2020 Building of the Year award is heading to the Sedlčany Social Centre

  • Construction of the Gamma building started
  • Commencement of construction of the building Budova E
  • Nová Brumlovka construction started by demolition of the original Brumlovka sports hall and excavating the foundation
  • The Beta building was completed and approved for use; first tenants moved into the Beta building

  • In the “Building of the Year 2004” competition, the Alpha building won the prize awarded by the Association of Building Engineers of the Czech Republic for the best construction and business plan
  • The Alpha building won the second place award in the “Best of Realty” competition in the category “New Office Block”
  • A satisfaction survey was conducted among the tenants of the BB Centrum project

  • The Alpha building was completed within the BB Centrum project
  • The Alpha building won the prestigious Construction and Investment Journal 2003 prize for the best development project of the year

  • The building Budova A was completed within the BB Centrum project
  • The building Budova D was completed within the BB Centrum project
  • The Office Park buildings were completed within the BB Centrum project
  • The Residence BB Centrum residential building was completed
  • Buildings Budova A, Budova D and Office Park won the “Best of Realty” award in the category of new office blocks
  • Radim Passer, the founder and C.E.O. of the company, won the “Personality of the Year” award in the “Best of Realty” contest

2001

  • The first satisfaction survey was conducted among the tenants of the BB Centrum project

  • The building Budova B won a prize in the “Interior of the Year 2000” contest held by the Czech Chamber of Architects for the reception interior design by architect Ivan Kroupa

  • The building Budova B was completed within the BB Centrum project
  • The building Budova  C won the highest award of “Best of Realty” among office blocks built in the Czech Republic after 1989

1998

  • The building Budova C was completed within the BB Centrum project

1997

  • Commencement of construction and erection of the first new buildings within the BB Centrum office block
  • The implementation of this project has made Passerinvest  Group, a.s. one of the leading Czech developers with a sound international reputation
