The FILADELFIE office building has achieved a U.K. BREEAM In Use (BIU)
baseline certification rating of “Good”, which is considered as one of the leading assessment methods for sustainable buildings in Europe. FILADELFIE, owned by the Czech developer PASSERINVEST GROUP, is the newest building in the BB Centrum complex, Prague 4. Last autumn, UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and the other UniCredit Group companies moved into FILADELFIE. PASSERINVEST GROUP has achieved the certification with the assistance of EC HARRIS.

An opportunity to opt for one of the possible concepts of a leisure park, within the plan for revitalization of the former “Areál Interlovu” in Prague’s Roztyly, was offered to the wide public in a poll carried out at www.areal-interlovu.cz from 20th October to 30th November. This poll followed the declaration of the intention, made by PASSERINVEST GROUP during a public debate. The Web pages were visited by almost 2,000 people, out of them 82 % spoke up for the natural park option.
- 20.10.2011 - PASSERINVEST GROUP ANNOUNCES ITS INTENTION TO REVITALIZE THE FORMER INTERLOV COMPLEX
The dilapidated area of the Interlov complex, located at Roztyly, will undergo a transformation in the years to come. PASSERINVEST GROUP has announced its intention to revitalize this area, where, among other things, some slaughterhouses, a C line metro construction site and a 1970s construction waste disposal site were situated. This area, which has been dilapidated for many years, will see the construction of a multipurpose building with shops and services and, moreover, the immediate surroundings will be converted into a large-scale park designed for leisure purposes. Citizens have an opportunity to vote and comment on the project on its Web pages www.areal–interlovu.cz in order to influence its future shape. At the same time, the investor organizes working meetings with citizens, where, aside from introducing these plans, the final appearance of the park will be jointly discussed.
