The Residential Park Baarova is a new project, whose construction was begun by the Czech developer PASSERINVEST GROUP on 19 July 2010. Almost 30% of the total of 139 modern apartments have been already sold.

CZECH TOP 100 Association announced the results of the 12th year of the 100 Most Admired Companies in the CR competition on 25 March 2010. Like last year, PASSERINVEST GROUP was awarded second prize in the category of Services for Companies, Construction Industry Services. The first prize went to KPMG Czech Republic. Deloitte Advisory and Veletrhy Brno came third and fourth respectively.
